The first talk of the morning will begin at 9:00 sharp, the first talk of the afternoon at 14:30. Talks will be 50 minutes long, coffee breaks will last 20 minutes.

Program of the excursion

We will leave from Cortona at 1.45 pm with a private bus, and visit the gorgeous Renaissance town of Pienza (guided tour in English and in Italian, 90 minutes long). Later we will go to Montalcino, passing through beautiful landscapes (Crete Senesi/Val D'Orcia) and stopping on our way to taste Pecorino (the local cheese) and Brunello (the local wine, often considered the best in Italy) in the cave of a small producer.
We will then enjoy a typical Tuscany dinner in the restaurant ``Boccone di Vino'' .
